“Thank you so much for the article on cell phone etiquette in the chamber newsletter.   I hope you will do more of them!
The things you mentioned are things people actually do every day…and they are rude and very annoying.  Keep up
the great work!”

“Thank you for your
article in the chamber newsletter on coverage matters to young and old.  I have a 10 year old daughter to whom I am always trying to explain why I dress the way I do for work.  I printed the article to share with my daughter because I
think it was a wonderful explanation of why I
dress the way I do,
without using terminology that a 10 year old does
not understand! Thanks for your help in
raising my daughter!”

Plan Your Spring Wardrobe

Now is the time to evaluate your spring wardrobe for fit and flattering styles before you make any major purchases. Try on your clothing to see if there is enough ease in the fit and to check out the garment’s condition. Are they in style or do they make you feel out of place, uncomfortable or out of date? Find the best of what you own and make a plan to build around those garments.

This season look for the return of classics with new twists. You’ll see long tunics and shirt jackets, either belted or unbelted, long and short jackets with embroidered and beaded details, and peasant blouses in prints with lots of detail. Dresses have made a big comeback and are available in styles that fit every body shape. Check out classic shirt waist dresses, fabulous sheaths with or without jackets and asymmetric printed knit dresses.

If these options are not in your budget then update your wardrobe with new color accents or metallic pieces. Spice up your neutrals of white, beige, khaki, black, camel and brown, with hot oranges and bright fuchsia pinks and then cool them off with cool ocean blues and lime greens. Try mixing an accessory in a print fabric, perhaps a purse, scarf, shoes, or belt, with your old favorites. Dress up and enjoy how you look, feel, and act and the reactions you get from others. Enjoy how you look each day and use your most powerful resource, your image to accomplish your goals!
